Both are Microsoft Teams events, one hour, billed as an “Informational session about funding opportunities with Q&A,” and anyone can join: Session 1, Thursday, September 17 and Session 2, Tuesday, September 22, noon Eastern.
This is the first date attached to the “coming soon” funding card we wrote up yesterday. The page’s two vendor-facing buttons, “See open RFPs: Digital health & AI providers” and “Program participant opportunities,” still read COMING SOON.
Idaho extends its Healthcare Infrastructure Support (HIS) Solicitation to September 18
Here’s the funding page as of yesterday:
Posted 8/18/26 (Updated 9/9/26): Healthcare Infrastructure Support (Closing Deadline Extended to Sept. 18 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
It was due September 13. This is the $97,213,653 solicitation with no per-award cap that we covered August 19, and whose FAQ we ran September 4. No amendment accompanies the change; the HIS folder carries none.
That lands HIS on the same day as SUD Prevention (RHTPSUD1) and Behavioral Health Prevention (RHTPPRE1), $400,000 each, due September 18 at 5 p.m. MT. Idaho posted webinar FAQs for both on 9/10. One answer applies to every open Idaho grant:
All posted RHTP grant funding opportunities are set up as cost reimbursement.
And one opens the field on Behavioral Health Prevention, asked by “a Boise-based for-profit applicant”:
An urban for-profit applicant does not have to have a formal rural partner or service location. The Applicant must provide a comprehensive plan for how they will provide services to rural locations. Awardees will be required to provide proof of rural service delivery.
Both FAQs also settle the cover-page conflict on term: prepare a one-year budget of no more than $200,000.
