Note: four days to the October 30 obligation deadline, and the award lists are now landing faster than the states link them from their own homepages. RHTP Verified Intelligence tracks every one of them, by state and by recipient, as they post.

In this issue:

Massachusetts posts RFA RHTP Rural Partners Amendment 2 and moves the bid opening to November 9

We reported the extension October 23 from EOHHS’s email. COMMBUYS caught up later that morning. The amendment log, 11:31 a.m. October 23:

Updated the Bid Opening Date to November 9, 2026, and added Amendment 2 to the list of attachments.

That’s the third change to the bid. The corrected Attachment A we covered October 10 went up October 8, and Amendment 1 followed October 15.

EOHHS said answers to the questions would post on this page, with a reminder email when they do. As of this morning none of the seven files on the page is titled as a Q&A. The header’s pre-bid line still reads “Applications are due 10/26/2026”; the bid opening date is the one that moved.

  • Due: 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday, November 9, 2026, on COMMBUYS

  • Bid: BD-27-1039-EHS01-EHS01-134186

Utah‘s telehealth network renames its application the SPRINT-UETN Consortium Application and sets an applicant webinar for October 28

We covered the SPRINT Consortium Application October 15. UETN rewrote the landing page this week. The deadline didn’t move. What’s new:

Webinar: UETN will hold an applicant technical assistance webinar at 10:00 am MT on October 28, 2026. Questions: send questions about the application or SPRINT-UETN to rhtp@uetn.org by November 19, 2026.

  • Webinar: October 28, 10:00 a.m. MT, register on Zoom

  • Questions: rhtp@uetn.org, by November 19 (the old address was rhtp-lift@uetn.org)

  • Applications: 5:00 p.m. MST, November 20, 2026

The program now has a spelled-out name, Sustainable Provider Revenue, Infrastructure, and Network Technology, and “sub-grant agreement” became “subaward agreement.” The link to the FAQ page and the sentence listing the four funding areas (EHR upgrades, cybersecurity, AI and automation, interoperability and patient access) both came off the page.
