Maine submitted its Year 1 Annual Report and its Year 2 Application on August 28, and CMS ran a site visit September 9 and 10. Here’s the line that applies to every state:
States should hear from CMS mid-October in advance of formal NOA 10/31

Maine also named its administrative services vendor, Public Consulting Group. The evaluation vendor is still TBD. On the provider side, EMR Enhancements closed August 14 and is in review, Alternative Payment Model Transitions got preliminary information at the end of July, and the Rural Hospital Efficiency Program invited 11 hospitals at the end of July — invitation-only, not competed. Regional Health Ecosystems, the fifth initiative, is in a planning phase with no solicitation attached.
