North Dakota closes its Self-Serve Dispensing Kiosks in Pharmacies funding opportunity (210-441)

North Dakota flipped the listing for its Self-Serve Dispensing Kiosks in Pharmacies funding opportunity (210-441) from “Apply Now” to “Closed” on July 31, ending the application window. It is the latest of the discrete, single-purpose equipment and infrastructure opportunities the state has been running one at a time all summer — kiosks, mobile mammography, rural ambulance modernization, telehealth and remote-patient-monitoring builds — rather than bundling them into a few large competitions. The pattern is worth watching on its own: North Dakota is metering its allocation out in narrow, fast-closing tranches, which rewards applicants who are already watching the funding page daily.
