Nevada publishes Program Fact Sheet with additional budget detail
Lays out specific plans for the over the course of the program with more informatioon available in the Narrative or other documents published to date. Here’s the most updated look at their budget, from my database:
MARCH 2026
NVHA onboarded two contract vendors to support the development of RFPs and RFAs for the RHT Program in this first year, and is in the process of recruiting and hiring RHT staff to support and manage the project. NVHA’s RHT staff team have hosted several public workshops to inform various stakeholders about this critical program, and maintain bi-weekly meetings with the State’s CMS Project Officer to ensure ongoing clear communication, monitor progress, and confirm continued funding and programmatic compliance.
They also referenced the existence of an RHT listserv but Ihave yet to figure out how to sign up— more to come on that.
Vermont publishes first RHT RFP (for Substance Use Disorder Recovery Residences)
From March 9, 2026:
The Vermont Department of Health is requesting proposal(s) pursuant to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for “Recovery Residences.” The State seeks to establish grants with one (1) or more bidders to operate recovery residences that provide safe, home-like residential environments that promote individual recovery from substance use disorder. Recovery residences must have a holistic and integrated recovery residence arrangement that accounts for provision of eight (8) required Health Care and Social Support Services, either provided directly by the recovery residence or through an agreement with one (1) or more community partners. See Section 2.2 for details regarding the recovery residences and the required services.
Colorado scheduled the 2nd RHT Advisory Committee meeting in as many weeks
