This is a list of Colorado organizations looking for partners, with working email addresses, published by the agency that will pick the winners. HCPF is still carrying the separate vendor interest survey with its standing disclaimer that it “IS NOT REVIEWING THIS LIST FOR QUALITY OR RELEVANCY.” The RHTP Advisory Committee meets Monday, September 28, 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Zoom. Colorado is targeting the end of September for award announcements on its $200,105,604.17 first budget year.

File this under “new to me.” The Community Development Finance Authority surfaced this RFQ on its Requests for Proposals page. The document carries no printed issue date, a priority deadline of Friday, June 26, 2026, 4:00 PM, and this line: “Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis as needed.” It is open now.
CDFA is the capital hub for GO-NORTH, running the Rural Community Health Infrastructure Program at more than $40 million a year against New Hampshire’s $204,016,550.20 Year 1 award. The RFQ builds a pre-qualified pool in three service areas — project development, grant writing, and grant administration:
All RCHIP awardees are required to retain a qualified grant administrator for the duration of project implementation. This requirement reflects the complexity of the funding structure and the associated compliance obligations.
Required, and paid for. The Application and Program Guide puts CDFA’s grant administration assistance at $50,000 to $100,000 per project depending on project size and community need, with separate assistance available for project development and grant writing through the Request for Eligibility Determination.
